3 Account Registration & Management

12 Termination & Account Closure
Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the player account at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Player-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting sr777 support. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC checks, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements are active.
- sr777-initiated closure: sr777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if you have breached any provision of these Terms, if required by law or regulatory directive, or if continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
- Upon termination, any bonus balance, free spins, or promotional credits will be immediately voided regardless of wagering status.
- Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the date of termination.
13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

For disputes relating specifically to game outcomes, the server-side game logs maintained by sr777 shall constitute the primary evidence. For disputes relating to payment transactions, the records of the relevant payment provider shall be referenced alongside sr777 transaction logs.
14 Amendments to These Terms
sr777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the sr777 platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or by a directive from the licensing authority.
